Rob Dean Roanoke VA Champions Family Service of Roanoke Valley as Fundraising Leader

Supporting Mental Health and Family Services in the Roanoke Community

Rob Dean Roanoke VA has long been committed to giving back to the community that he calls home. One of the most meaningful ways he and his wife Jennifer have demonstrated that commitment is through their active support of Family Service of Roanoke Valley (FSRV), a historic organization that has been helping families and individuals since 1901.

Rob and Jennifer Dean served as champion pairs for FSRV’s annual fundraising events, including the prestigious VIP Dinner. Their participation alongside other community leaders helped raise vital funds for an organization that provides counseling, youth development, guardianship, and personal affairs management services to residents of the Roanoke Valley.

Rob Dean Roanoke VA and Jennifer Dean: A Partnership of Service

Rob Dean Roanoke VA grew up in Michigan, where he graduated from the University of Michigan before attending Washington and Lee University School of Law. After building his law practice in downtown Roanoke, he and Jennifer became deeply involved in the local community. Jennifer, who moved to Roanoke from Lynchburg after graduating from James Madison University, is an active volunteer at local schools and a member of Hidden Valley Country Club Women’s Tennis.

Together, the Deans have made family service and community support a central part of their lives in the Roanoke Valley. Their fundraising page for FSRV encourages donations that directly support the organization’s mission of helping families journey toward lives of emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and a future filled with hope.

The Impact of FSRV in the Roanoke Valley

Family Service of Roanoke Valley is located on Campbell Avenue SW, beside the Roanoke City Police Department. For more than a century, FSRV has helped individuals and families cope with mental health challenges, providing essential services that might otherwise be out of reach for many community members.

The organization’s programs address some of the most pressing needs in the Roanoke community, from counseling services for individuals dealing with trauma to youth development programs that help young people build the skills they need for successful futures. By supporting FSRV, Rob Dean Roanoke VA has helped ensure that these vital services continue to be available to those who need them most.

Rob Dean Roanoke VA’s commitment to FSRV reflects a broader philosophy that success in the legal profession comes with a responsibility to serve the community. Whether fighting for his clients in the courtroom or raising funds for organizations that serve the most vulnerable, Dean has consistently demonstrated that his dedication to justice extends far beyond the walls of the courthouse.
